Refunds and Returns Policies

Return Policies 


Processing Time: Our processing time is 2-3 business days and can be extended due to stock levels, holidays, sales etc. All tracking numbers are emailed after the processing time period has ended.


Shipping Time: Our Shipping time starts once the packages have been sent to USPS. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for shipping. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any shipping delays via USPS.


Lost Packages: Once the items are handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. All claims must be submitted by customers via USPS.


Return Policies: Please note that we do not accept returns for monetary exchanges due to the nature of the products. If a return is accepted then a gift card to Hair Mood Co. will be given for the value of the purchase minus the $25 restocking fee and shipping cost.


Exchanges: You can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.


Custom Orders: All Sales are final on custom coloring.


You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Hair Mood Co. will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you use USPS to send your return.
